Terms and Conditions for Decor Assignment

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding:

1. Agreement: By engaging our decor services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Work: The scope of work will be defined in a written agreement or contract between both parties. This agreement will outline the specific decor services to be provided, including any specifications, deadlines, and pricing details.

3. Pricing and Payment: The pricing for the decor services will be determined based on the agreed-upon scope of work. A payment schedule will be outlined in the contract, specifying the amounts and due dates. Payments should be made promptly as per the agreed-upon terms. Any additional costs incurred due to changes in the scope of work or client requests will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

4. Deposits and Cancellations: A deposit may be required to secure the decor services. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract. In the event of cancellation by the client, any non-refundable deposits and costs incurred up to the cancellation date will be payable by the client.

5. Intellectual Property: Any designs, concepts, or materials provided by the Shree Siddhi Florals are the intellectual property of the Shree Siddhi Florals, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any of the provider's intellectual property without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities: The client will provide necessary access to the venue or space for production. The client will also provide accurate and timely information required for the successful execution of the project. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or additional costs.

7. Liability: We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the services. However, Shree Siddhi Florals will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused directly or indirectly as a result of the decor services, unless it can be proven as a direct result of the our negligence.

8. Force Majeure: Neither party will be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under the agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or governmental actions.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to rectify the breach within a reasonable period. Termination will not relieve the client from its obligation to pay for any services provided up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the decor services are provided. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
